Orders ship between 2-4 working days. If there is a delay on how long it will take us to ship your order, we will notify you via email. We will send a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.

The order will be sent from the SONIC PIECES / MIASMAH HQ to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser, unless we have a separate agreement. The purchaser will be charged for any additional costs that accrue, if the purchaser or other assigned person is not present at the indicated delivery address when the goods are delivered.

Delivery dates are without commitment. Withdrawal from the contract because of delivery delays is not admissible.

If a delivery delay comes to our attention or a product is returned to us, we will notify you via email. 


We typically ship orders withing the European Union Standard Mail. If you would like registered mail with a tracking number within the European Union please drop us a line, as there is an extra fee. All orders shipped outside the European Union are sent registered.

Please note that once a parcel is dispatched, SONIC PIECES /  MIASMAH cannot be held responsible for any uninsured, lost, or damaged packages that have not requested insurance or a tracking number at the time of ordering.

All prices are quoted in EUR (euro).

All prices for orders with a delivery address inside the EU include German VAT (19%). Orders with a delivery address outside the EU are exempt from VAT. You are responsible for the custom and tax regulations for import of goods from the EU to your country.


When you place an order on the site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.


We use the PayPal system for all sales, which is in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. When using PayPal we are informed of a confirmed address, where we will send your parcel. If you need an order sent to a different address we will ask for written confirmation of this prior to shipping.


If any item of physical product included with your order from our webshop is faulty, SONIC PIECES / MIASMAH will replace the item, or, if the item is no longer available, refund the purchase price provided you notify us in writing of the nature of the fault and you return the item to SONIC PIECES / MIASMAH in suitable packaging, including details of your name and order number.


All offers are subject to change and product availability. There is no requirement that purchase orders be accepted.


Personal data that SONIC PIECES / MIASMAH has collected and recorded pertaining to the purchasers, solely serve the purpose of handling and processing the order including the realization of delivery or sales price, as well as the pursuance of any further claims that may result from this. Further details are specified in the data privacy regulations.


German law under exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts For The International Sale Of Goods is applicable, irrespective of the purchasers seat or domicile.
